The numbers reported in this research represent the lower bound metrics of tenants displaced by the eviction process or evicted in Oregon.
It does not capture ‘Notices of Termination’ served to tenants that don't result in a court case.
Of the eviction cases that get filed at a court in Oregon, this data only includes data on eviction cases filed at a circuit court. It includes complete data from 22 counties, partial data from 8 counties, and no data from 5 counties.
